Does myDate *have* to be of type DateTimeType? It would be easier if it were of type DateType. If that's not acceptable, you'll have to do it like this:
DateTimeType myDate; DateType theDate; myDate.year = 2000; myDate.month = 2; myDate.day = 23; theDate.year = myDate.year; theDate.month = myDate.month; theDate.day = myDate.day; DateDaysToDate (DateToDays (theDate) + 120, &theDate); myDate.year = theDate.year; myDate.month = theDate.month; myDate.day = theDate.day; If, OTOH, you could get away with declaring myDate as being of type DateType, it's even easier: DateType myDate; myDate.year = 2000; myDate.month = 2; myDate.day = 23; DateDaysToDate (DateToDays (myDate) + 120, &myDate); Regards, Vesselin -- For information on using the PalmSource Developer Forums, or to unsubscribe, please see http://www.palmos.com/dev/support/forums/
