Excellent suggestion (to add an example of receiving to the docs). I've added it to the "to do" list, and since I'll need to cobble together a working example in order to publish it in the docs, I'll write a sample that I can publish in the KB as well.
I personally like the Memo Pad source for this... it registers for .txt files and the text/plain MIME type, and there's code to show how it receives those items from exchange manager.
