infra red communication in tungsten E

I would like send data through ir communication.

I used the code:

OpenRS(Int intPort, Long lngVel, Int intBits, Int intPAR, Int intStop)

This code worked in palmVx,  but not in tungsten E.

What should I do to use serPortIrPOrt in tungsten e?
