I'm encountering some problems with standard databases on Treo 650s. That is, I have an app that modifies the contacts, appointments, notes, and task databases. However, the introduction of a new set of databases to handle those is causing problems in my code. Does anyone know of resources that can help illustrate the differences between the two sets of databases? Specifically, I am trying to synchronize the native databases with external sources, but there are native methods that automatically synchronize the old-style and new-style databases on the 650 that are causing issues.
Additionally, how is data on a sim card handled with respect to the native databases? Is it automatically copied to the device or does it remain on the card?
