Name it (or put a copy named) Start.prc in the /PALM/ directory. Note that this is *not* the /PALM/Launcher directory where apps normally go. Note also that this can be defeated by apps who have registered for notifications of card insertions, and return flags to the OS to consider it handled. >2. How to ensure that nobody can copy/beam the data from SD card? Encrypt the data so the if somebody does copy / beam it, it is relatively useless. If your app can read it, so can another app. And if another app can read it, they can beam it. So you can't really stop the copy / beam. Instead you have to make it worthless to do so.
