Ben,
Thanks for the clarification.
Page 1531 of the PALM Programmer's API 5.0 (Serial Manager) has a section on
the control flags. I do not know if this applies to all platforms.
/*************************************************************
* Setting Flag Bit control
*************************************************************/
UInt32 flags = srmSettingsFlagBitsPerChar8 |
//srmSettingsFlagBitsParityOnM |
srmSettingsFlagBitsParityNone |
srmSettingsFlagStopBits1 |
srmSettingsFlagRTSAutoM |
srmSettingsFlagCTSAutoM;
err= SrmOpen(port, baudrate, &refSerial); / Open the serial port
//handle open error
paramSize = sizeof(flags);
err = SrmControl(refSerial, srmCtlSetFlags, &flags, ¶mSize);
/*************************************************************/
Thanks,
Dan
