I want to use the MenuAddItem API to add a field-specific menu item in the Edit menu. Alas, I notice that I only receive a single menuOpenEvent per form: once the menu has been opened once, subsequent pull-downs of the menu do not produce a menuOpenEvent. Is there a better trick?
