FYI: I did put USBPort.dll in my Codewarrior\Bin directory but had no luck. After more forum searching I found Ben Combee's msg to try and find which USBPort.dll it was actually trying to load (http://www.escribe.com/computing/pcpqa/m89253.html). After running dependencywalker AND trying to debug again I found it trying to use USBPort.dll from a deleted Sony Clie directory. Found that entry in the registry and changed it to my Palm directory and now it debugs.

I have a TT and a T3 splitting time between one cradle. Both can Hotsync so I think the drivers are installed correctly. I have entered the shortcut dot dot 2 into find and I hear the connection in XP. Project debug settings are to connect to Device USB. I am getting the error in CodeWarrior saying "CodeWarrior for Palm OS Debugger Please place the device in console mode by entering 'Shortcut'..2". Then when I hit okay I get "Connection attempt failed. Please try again." I have tried rebooting my PC and hard resetting both devices along with multiple soft resets. I do have the CDK installed but I am not running that Hotsync.exe but running the one installed from the T3. I have also tried exiting Hotsync and ActiveSync. Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated.
