Edward, Constructor was built by Mac enthusiasts who insist on having only
one menu that is shared by many non-child windows. So, if you want to
change the size of a bitmap, you have to open the bitmap editor window
before bitmap commands show up on the menu. If you click on another window
after opening the bitmap editor, but before opening the menu, the menu
changes to whatever is appropriate for the window you clicked on. It works
similar to the MDI interface on MS Windows which Microsoft is phasing out.
BTW, 1.2b4 is really old. You should upgrade.
