I thought Palm had a program specifically for this. You might have to sign NDA's, but you can get access from them for all the information you need.
It's little bit complicated. But doesn't matter. I've made my own drawings. If someone would need this drawings, I have it done for the Eagle(circuit designer software). Just email me.
