We're getting closer. After a second reboot, USB HotSync started working again. Perhaps just running HotSync.exe -r would have done the trick, who knows.
But the CW 9.3 debugger still can't connect to the device after launching DotDotTowV2.prc. I also ran CW's regservers.bat, no difference. Anything else I can try?
