Why you all want to be told that you are special, especially here it from someone you don't respect?
Why Palm OS /Garnet OS ceased? I guess people around it didn't have the perseverance not to let go. And I’m talking about you and me and all of as. I bring memories from my experience with Treo 650. It only become really useful when specific software matured. This is a food for thought for the new webOs. When their will be the right software to let me get rid of my Centro? I join this forum (very recently) to get answers to make the development of my new software (started in September 2008) as easy as possible. I was wrong (I can really say that there is true willingness to help). I had never seen any Palm OS source code before that day but look what I did! (find a screen shot attached to this email) You were all surprised by the look of the new webOs (referring to previous emails) but I don't believe any of you used palm devices for their look. After all there are good looking software (pockettunes, corePlayer, 2cool4u, OfficeSuite, Proviewer, etc) I believe if a few of them decide to become open source this platform will not die. In the meantime palm continues to sell several hundred thousand PDAs each quarter. Think of it for a minute and tell me what would have happen if they put some effort into it! I don't know if any of you is using a Centro but it is noticeable that a lot of problems have been fixed. I wish if we could all get together and request from Access the rights of Gardner OS. Most of us don’t really need a supper multitasking device in our hands. If I wanted anything like this I would get Windows in the first place. Enough for now. I have work to do. -- For information on using the ACCESS Developer Forums, or to unsubscribe, please see http://www.access-company.com/developers/forums/
