rookie question: Crash in Disassembly

Hi,
I'm writnig an app. which worked fine until few days ago when
it started crashing after pressing the home key.
after dubugging it, I saw that the crash occurs after code exited
when the Disassembler tries to unlink.
What are the possible reasons for such a crash in Disassembly?
