I am trying the remapping of Alert IDs today to increment by 10s today to see how that works.
I still would like to hear from some one who can comment further (having REALLY GOOD understanding of the under the hood part of how the OS manages resource IDs - btw I really appreciate Ryan Rix's comments on the boot resources) on WHY and for WHAT the resource IDs over 9999 do and what happens when you break the rules. I need to understand how this works.
