If the functionality is the same, I think it is a good idea to
follow existing forms.  Otoh, if you can extend the functionality
then you should modify them.  If you can modify them while
maintaining a similar "feel", that is really good.  (Example:
some people have come up w/ modified time selection dialogs
that improve upon the original while keeping a similar feel)
