Yes, it is me and I apologize for my question not being very clear. I have been up for a few days straight trying to figure this one out and my thoughts are very jumbled. When I say desktop I mean the PDA desktop, not the PC desktop, I should have been more clear about that. All I'm looking to do is display one text line ad whenever the user is at the main desktop, I convinced my client that they will upset a lot of people if it's on top of their users applications all of the time.
