If you're looking for a tool to display all (non procedure) alarms, then loook at "Alarms" <http://www.palmgear.com/software/showsoftware.cfm?prodID=4524> If you want to get the alarms in your own program, you could call AlmGetAlarm with the localId, cardNo of every application installed on the device.
