After dutifully reading the relevant Palm documentation on Standard IO
(i.e., printf() et al) apps, I was more than a little perturbed to
discover that the necessary files StdIO[Palm|Provider].c were nowhere to
be found in the 3.5 SDK. Has Palm released these yet?
Ideally source code would be released w/ its associated documentation,
but given a choice between the two I'd prefer the source by itself. In
this case releasing the docs w/out the source caused much frustration
and gnashing of teeth and seems more than a little cruel.

P.S. I realize that terminal IO of sorts is done w/ the Finger and
NetSample examples, but is being able to use printf() without messing
around w/ buffers asking too much?
