I must say that the very general form of your questions, not to
mention the sheer number of them, makes me think that you have not
read the basic documentation yet.
There is a learning curve for developing Palm software, a rather
steep one compared to other platforms.
Fortunately, there is a wealth of material that has been written.
Generally we ask each other, on this list, to consult that material
first, and use the list for questions last.
At the bottom of each message you receive from the devforum is an
HTML link. If you click on that link, you'll see a web page with
links marked "New developers" and "Knowledge base". Every question
you have asked, including the questions you have asked of individuals
with a CC to the entire list, can be answered in that material.
