"Greatly appreciated"? How can we begin to believe this
when it appears that you have you not read -any- of the
responses you have already received on this question?
I for one posted a response two days ago when you asked
this question with the subject: "Conversion to pdb(Urgent)".

In my response I referred you to the PAR tool and library,
and cautioned you that "PDB" is not a format per se. Each
app stores data in the PDB files in a way dictated by the author
of that app.

So ... if you do not understand my answer -- or any of the
other answers I have seen to the many other instances
you have posted of this same question -- ask for clarification.
Merely reposting the same question again and again won't
get you anywhere except possibly in everybody's killfile.
