Besides the method described in page 192 of Rhodes & Mckeehan (A good time to remove a menu item), where one has to create two different menus (one with all items, and one without the supposedly deleted item) in a .r file with textual menus, is there any other way?
SDK3.5 has a MenuAddItem(), shouldn't there have been MenuDeleteItem() also? Umm, what is a .r file? And once created, how does one use it? Mr. Rhodes, Ms McKeehan, would you have a small writeup on .r files in the 2nd ed of "Palm Programming"?
