I got this error when running on the Vx. My application also runs on the
palm VII and uses Inetlib calls. These calls fail on V (in which case I use
NetLib), but not Vx. I debugged line by line with a frmcustomalert and
found it failed on the INetLibWiCmd (gInetLibRefNum, wiCmdInit, 0, 0); which
is for the signal strength gage. Thats what Ive found so far.
