More details:
The error occurs when I close my application by tapping on the applications
icon. The fatal Error occurs when the applications acreen tries to show up.
This error does not occur when I use POSE Emulator.
It only occurs on the actual device.
The same error also occurs sometimes when I try to HotSync the prcs and
pqas on to the palm V device.
I tried changing the icons of my prc and pqas to different icons instead
of the default one provided by the OS. Since then I has stopped bombimg. But
I am not sure whether that is the only reason.

Your post is too general, I doubt you'll get any replies on the list
'cause people don't know exactly how to help you.
My suggestion would be to run your app on POSE, from there, you can tell
more or less where you code is bombing, and sometimes even get a useful
error message.
