Some options :
- Look at the "Address Book" example in the PalmOS 3.5 SDK and hack it
(C/C++).
- Use NS Basic/Palm (easier, although not as powerful).
- Use Satellite Forms (eases a lot database integration).

Anyway, it's definitely a question of programming.

Don't dream : the more sophisticated your app will be, the better technical
knowledge of PalmOS you will require to make it fine. So take your time,
read the doc, learn and experiment, or else ask a competent developer to do
the job. I don't think it's really possible to reconcile a short timeline
with the required learning process.
