Within the "expertise" there are sub-specialities.  The first page
of the "expertise" screen has a checkbox for the "Palm" category.
Then you click on "Next Step" to get the second screen.   Next
to the "Palm" listing there is a button that says "Edit" (with a subtitle
that says  "Edit 'Palm' Skills".    If you click that you get a page w/
tons of little check boxes covering specific hardware vendors, pieces
of the API and other such nit-pickity little details.    They really need to
make this thing easier to use.
