Oops. Mea culpa. I saw "pdb" and just started thinking records ... he's after the resource type & resource ID.
You can set 'em when you -create- the resource (using PilRC or Constructor) ... but on the PalmPilot? I am sure you can because there is a resource editor out there, but I don't know how. The question is -why- would you want to do this? You knew what the resource type & id were already in order to get a handle on it to begin with ... unless you are creating a resource editor, why would you want to change them?
