This is the case of 'piracy' that I worry about most, and which a hotsync name based reg code system addresses well. If you don't do it, you will find that businesses will be more than happy to purchase a single copy and beam/hotsycn it to everyone in the company. (And if you make it so that your app becomes a demo if beamed, you actually take advantage of this rather than losing sales because of it). A simple name based system "keeps the honest people honest". If you are worried about folks changing names, than allow for that in your sales policy (ie, charge a minimal fee to cover your costs, or allow 1 name change per copy purchased, or something that is not too onerous for the legit. customer, but too much trouble for the cheapskate).
