Wow.  Here I was getting worried about my 6 weeks and 3 unanswered emails
(I'm on US east coast).  You're right, I should have done this long ago
before I ever really needed access to the areas.  You who haven't done it
yet may want to think about going ahead and doing it - just wait a few
months until mine gets processed first - in case it really is FILO....
