No. Palm OS devices do not include scalable fonts. Most devices have a very limited number of fonts available of which just three include the normal alphabetic characters: standard, bold, and large bold. The standard and bold are the same point size, so on most devices the best you can do is two lines with decreasing point size unless you include your own font resources. The bold font does take more width for the same text, so may give somewhat of an appearance of three lines of decreasing fonts if you use it too.
