Hello, I wanted to know what is the best IDE for developing applications for Palm (Treo 650 for now). Is there a palm plugin to be used with the eclipse workbench is the eclipse IDE distributes already bundled (and thus cannot enjoy the benefits of updating the eclipse workbench)?
