The stock m68k-palmos-gdb cannot debug multi section palm apps. This is also written in the documentation: http://prc-tools.sourceforge.net/doc/prc-tools_5.html last sentence: At present, GDB won't work well with applications with multiple code resources. Have a look at my patches which make multi section debugging possible for both Windows and Linux prc-tools: http://www.v-voverbeek.nl/msectgdb/ Many people have been using them for several years now.
