Sam,
If you are running the CodeWarrior IDE, there may be something wrong with
either your preference panels, or with your registry keys causing this
problem. Go to your C:/Windows or C:/WinNT folder, then into the Metrowerks
folder. In there, delete the CW Autosave and CW Debugging Cache folders.
If that doesn't help the situation, go to your CodeWarrior/bin folder and
run the regserver.bat file. If the situation still doesn't improve, then
there may be something wrong with the .sqc file, or with the Ultralite part
of your development.

newsgroup, but was hoping that this error isn't confined to UL
and that possibly someone else had encountered it. If so it might provide
insight as to what the problem is... :)
