The latest version of get_iplayer is v3.20 https://github.com/get-iplayer/get_iplayer/releases/latest
The version in the PackMan repository is v2.82 https://github.com/get-iplayer/get_iplayer/releases/tag/v2.82 which is described as "NO LONGER SUPPORTED - VERY BROKEN" and I confirm no longer works.
