It’s complaining about the fact that this is a Python package without an
explicit manual “BuildRequires: python3-devel,” but this isn’t actually
required: the BR must be direct (not transitive), but it may be generated, so
either “%pyproject_buildrequires” or “BuildSystem: pyproject” suffices. See
