Looks like on CoreOS even with Transient Root/ComposeFS enabled the package
manager refuses to attempt installation. I'm not sure if there should be an
override, an alternative special package, a separate repository... Are we
waiting for some commit allowing `/nix` root directory via RPM to land or
should I be using a specific repository for this?

I've tried adding
`https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/ublue-os/packages/repo/epel-10/ublue-os-packages-epel-10.repo`
and also installing directly from RPM file from
https://nix-community.github.io/nix-installers/
