If you would like to be more precise about removing the dependency on pyinstaller without touching anything else, you might consider adding a BuildRequires on tomcli and writing something like tomcli set pyproject.toml lists delitem dependency-groups.test \ 'pyinstaller\b.*' ---- Consider passing the -rs option to %pytest to ask it to print the reasons for skipped tests. This will inform you that a few more tests could be enabled by adding BuildRequires on packages like msgspec.
