Why would packaging go on elsewhere when the present package is in a mature
shape, and when the bug report does not mandate any further modification
required by the packaging guidelines? As an upstream contributor and long-time
user of Fedora, I am quite satisfied with the package, and COPR builds have
been provided reliably for a long time. The assignee has raised some cosmetic
issues but those should become obsolete or may be implemented when the next
release by upstream justifies an new build. If the other submitter wants to
push his own package for whatever reason he has any freedom to do so.
