a/b) Absolutely right, thanks for the heads up!
c) I think the pyprovides (and deprecates) in this cases were added because a
previously existing -devel packages was removed. (Confirmed that in the git
history.) So I'm not sure if I'm missing the point or there was a
misunderstanding on your side in this case.  Regarding the C files, yes the are
usually excluded I guess. But its just a handfull of bytes in a packages that
no one is likely to install anyway.
d) Thanks a lot for the review! Builds are underway and a is fixed for f43 and
later.
e) I'll look into it :)
