Description: This library implements a new simple format for storing tensors
safely (as opposed to pickle) and that is still fast (zero-copy).

While the Rust core of the safetensors library is already packaged as
rust-safetensors, this package adds the Python bindings which are a popular way
to interface with the library, and are a common dependency for future AI/ML
Python packages.
This is my first package proposal for Fedora, and I will need to find a sponsor
into the packagers group should the package be approved.
