Opcodes Project The goal of this project is to document instruction sets in a
format convenient for tools development.
python-opcodes is a requirement python-peachpy.
python-peachpy is a requirement of nnpack
nnpack is an optimized cpu neural net library needed by pytorch so on cpu's
pytorch is zippy and is controlled by this pytorch config : USE_NNPACK
