Note:
This depends on airspyhf, which is pending review in bug 2258111.
The forge URL style of the SPEC does not work with copr fedora review for me,
so I temporary uses global variables to override the release field in the SPEC.
See the comments in the SPEC. And after the review process I'll just remove
them and fix the changelog version as well.
