It looks like there's an issue with pcsd not running on pcmk-2
Which version of pcs are your running with the beta (rpm -q pcs).
Can you try the following commands and send me the output (run these on both
pcmk-1 and pcmk-2):
telnet pcmk-2 2224
telnet pcmk-1 2224
ping pcmk-2
service pcsd status
