SBD is already using ionice etc internally.

There have been a number of improvements to how slow/hung IO is handled,
aborted, and retried - teaching me a number of lessons about the
ugliness of Unix IO calls that I could have done without ;-). The best
way to get a more robust sbd - in addition to having multiple devices -
is to upgrade.
