It sets sequential=false for the items in that set and it definitely
behaves differently when I use it.

Without the ()'s if I stop the second service- the first one also
stops, and if I stop the first service- the second is unaffected. With
the ()'s I can stop either service without it affecting the other, but
I can't bring them up on different hosts.

At least- unless I screwed up one of my test cases.
