Update... I did a "crm resource cleanup" of everything and these messages started to look more sane. The logs were now saying this were active only on what is currently the active node.

All of the start and stop scripts are LSB compliant per: http://www.clusterlabs.org/doc/en-US/Pacemaker/1.0/html/Pacemaker_Explained/ap-lsb.html No resource failures when doing crm_mon -rf. Is it possible at some point these resources were active on both nodes and was corrected but theses messages persist? Also none of these resources are set to start at boot or anything of that nature.
