I should mention that that rsyslog configuration is no longer being considered for upstream inclusion. See the discussion on the pull request, here: https://github.com/ClusterLabs/pacemaker/pull/17 As I understand it, Andrew's plan is to reduce excessively verbose logging with the switch to libqb.
