You have to configure stonith and ignore quorum ... if you really run into a split-brain, one node will be faster in fencing the other node ... see http://ourobengr.com/ha for some hints to not run into a reboot cycle. You could use redundant rings for corosync communication to lower risk of split-brain and/or add e.g. an extra "quorum" node.
