Hi,

I want to wipe out my existing cluster config and start afresh, with a

is down right now. Is it enough to just remove files in
/var/lib/heartbeat/crm and /var/lib/pengine ?

That always worked for me. Just make sure you do it on all nodes before you start any of them. And if you break it, you get to keep both pieces :)
