This is a bit mixed up: ocf:heartbeat:pingd or ocf:pacemaker:pingd? Is the RA really present in /usr/lib/ocf/resource.d/<provider>/? If so and the crm says that it cannot parse the meta-data, then something's wrong with the installation.
