Might be the recheck-interval?
In a cluster of mine I have a recheck-interval of 5 minutes and see a
new pe-input<number>.bz2 in /var/lib/pengine every 5 minutes.
cibadmin -Q|grep recheck
<nvpair id="cib-bootstrap-options-cluster-recheck-interval"
name="cluster-recheck-interval" value="300"/>
The diff between the last 2 pe-input is:
1c1
< <cib validate-with="pacemaker-1.0" crm_feature_set="3.0.1"
